We are in the lookout for a HR Partner in the automotive industry, embracing lean manufacturing principles to ensure efficiency and sustainability in our operations.
Requirements:
- Align HR initiatives with business strategy and provide strategic HR solutions
- Manage employee relations, resolve issues, and facilitate performance management processes
- Develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, drive process improvements, and lead HR projects
- Partner with leaders to integrate diversity and inclusion principles into business practices
Pre-requisite:
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management
- 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a corporate environment
