Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – Performance Management, Training and Development & Employee Relations at Medfuture Group in Colombo. The role involves overseeing performance management processes, designing and implementing training programs, handling employee development initiatives, and managing employee relations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in performance management and employee relations
- Demonstrated ability in designing and delivering training programs
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to analyze data and metrics for informed decision-making
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certifications in HR or related fields are a plus
