We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to handle guest interactions, check-ins/outs, inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction at our Dambulla location.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills

Experience in hospitality or related field
Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
