Job Description
The Profile
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Mcentre (Retail Showroom).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team, prepare compelling proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Professional Qualification in Marketing/Sales.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
