This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technician (Garments) at Rudholm Group. The Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to garment production and quality control. The role is primarily located in Gampaha but offers flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications
- Experience in garment production and quality control
- Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and quality standards
- Skills in pattern making and alterations
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in using garment production tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A diploma or certification in fashion design or related field is a plus
