Job Description
- Lead and manage the General Ledger accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards. Support internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other finance teams and serve as the financial operations point of contact.
- Lead projects to improve financial systems, drive automation, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and analyze financial data.
- Implement internal control procedures and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
