The International Youth Alliance for Peace (IYAP) is a volunteer organization founded in November 2013, uniting young people for Sustainable Social Development. IYAP provides leadership, communication, and event management training to develop capable leaders.
Role Description
This volunteer role at IYAP involves engaging with youth, developing programs, providing policy advice, enhancing communication, and promoting education initiatives. It requires 4 hours a week and monthly meetings.
Qualifications
- Youth Engagement and Development skills
- Communication and Capacity Building skills
- Experience in Education initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for youth empowerment and social development
- Previous volunteer experience is a plus
- Background in Social Sciences, Education, or related field
