Job Description
Position: Sales Manager at Quess Lanka
Our client, one of the leading International Color Cosmetics and Personal Care Brand, is inviting applications for the Sales Manager position in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales & Marketing objectives through budget planning and forecasting.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and evaluate consumer and trade promotion programs.
- Build rapport with key accounts and Modern Trade.
- Assess merchandising requirements and ensure execution.
- Identify business expansion opportunities and manage the team effectively.
- Conduct regular trade visits to understand competition.
Qualifications:
Qualification: MBA in Marketing
Knowledge: FMCG Industry, preferably in the Beauty sector
Experience: 10-12 years
Age: 35-40 years
