This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at FITS Express – ASC for UPS Sri Lanka in Colombo. Responsibilities include managing payroll, HR operations, employee records, and ensuring compliance.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and update employee data accurately.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle HR documentation and policy implementation.
• Manage monthly payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws.
