Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Care and Sales Executive at Jobenvoy.com. As a Customer Care and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns, and promoting and selling our recruitment services. You will actively engage with customers, build rapport, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry will be an advantage
- Fluency in English and any other languages will be a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs
