Job Description
Position : Senior Executive (Floor Management)
Responsibilities:
- Converse with patients after channeling, escort them to relevant departments, and provide support
- Daily visits to occupied rooms, establish relationships with patients, families, and bystanders
- Maintain records of visits and report to management
- Manage ground floor movements and assist waiting patients
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of public relations experience in the service sector
- Marketing or Public Relations qualification preferred
- Team player with computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Coordination and active listening skills
- English fluency is advantageous
