Job Description
We are seeking Contact Centre Consultants to join our team in Sri Lanka. As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, providing product information, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
