Job Description

Job Duties

  • Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization for diverse, qualified teams
  • Ensure company staffing needs are met with a long-term talent strategy
  • Devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants and employer branding
  • Create candidate hiring processes for positive experiences
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers
  • Coordinate to identify staffing needs in various areas and departments
  • Determine selection criteria and source applicants through online channels
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions
  • Identify suitable talent and plan interview procedures
  • Assess candidates’ information and attend recruitment events
  • Keep records of recruitment materials for key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Certification from HR Certification Institute is advantageous
