Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a strategic plan for the category to achieve business objectives.
• Implement a commercial approach to decision making for product, communication, markets, and distribution.
• Manage budget, cost control, and category spend.
• Train and manage sales and marketing teams.
• Identify sales trends, market growth, and align sales plans accordingly.

Expected Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of Marketing experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Experience in product innovation and new market development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and data-driven decision making.
