Role Description:
This full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor is located in Colombo District. Responsibilities include overseeing construction projects, managing on-site teams, ensuring safety compliance, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
- NDES/ NCT/ NDCT qualification with 1-3 years’ experience in Civil Construction.
- In-depth knowledge of Engineering, Technology & Building Construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills. Certification in construction management is a plus.
