Reporting to the People & Culture Manager in Australia, this role handles HR functions with a focus on performance, compliance, and core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Support HR goals for business objectives
- Provide guidance on HR policies
- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs
- Coordinate core HR processes
- Maintain policy compliance
Industry Experience & Skills:
- IT industry experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years in HR
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience and knowledge of SOEA
- Experience with HR software systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
