  • Education:

    – Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field.

    – Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, and Amazon Redshift.

    – Basic command of Linux terminal commands.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Support: Provide L1 and L2 support, including updating SSL certificates.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly support desk reports for the leadership team.
  • Customer Interaction: Deliver prompt responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaboration: Work with Delivery, Product, and Support teams.
  • Documentation: Track customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Training: Enhance technical knowledge through training programs.
  • Knowledge Base: Help create support documentation and FAQs.
