Responsibilities Summary: Minimize reimbursement barriers for patients and providers by assisting with determining coverage and access options available for a specific product. Provide education and training to healthcare providers on billing, coding, logistics, and payer coverage. Resolve coverage and reimbursement issues. Stay knowledgeable of payer systems. Respond to inquiries from patients, nursing, and providers.
Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree And Three Years Of Relevant Experience Required
