Responsibilities:
- Ensure personal hygiene, premises cleaning, and effective waste management.
- Oversee line clearance before production starts, during changeovers, and after production.
- Maintain required documents and records in accordance with standards.
- Conduct inspections of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Perform in-process inspection activities.
- Inspect water treatment plant operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or similar role.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
