Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional with a knack for analyzing and documenting business requirements? We’re looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and help drive our projects to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate, gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Documentation: Create software design documents, user stories, and wireframes.
- Requirements Management: Prioritize and manage requirements in Jira Product Backlog, collaborating with agile teams.
- Roadmap Alignment: Ensure development aligns with set roadmaps and timelines.
- UAT and Validation: Perform UAT and validate product releases.
- Product Documentation: Maintain detailed user manuals and installer guides.
- Customer Support: Address queries and incorporate customer feedback to enhance products.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Candidate Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Business IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related degree.
- 1-2 years as a Business Analyst.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices, Jira, and Confluence.
- Enthusiasm for Web Technologies and Simulation Applications is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer support skills.
