Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tax returns and schedules filing, ensure timely payments, and handle tax correspondence with IRD and tax consultants.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, annual, and ad-hoc financial statements.
• Ensure the timely completion of financial audits and tax processes with necessary correspondence.
• Maintain the correctness of the fixed assets registry, ensuring accurate capitalization entries and disposals.
• Preparation, Follow up and Maintenance of Bank Guarantees and bonds related Matters.
• Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.
• Mentor and lead a talented finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in senior finance roles, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proficiency in Corporate Tax, Financial Reporting, and Compliance.
