Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Head of Research at InTalent Asia.
Requirements:
- Candidate should be pursuing the CFA designation.
- Must have 6-8 years of buy-side and/or sell-side experience.
- Strong research background in Fundamental and Quantitative disciplines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills in English.
- Strong quantitative and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage custom research requests and consultancy relationships.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the research department.
- Develop the research team and provide clear communication.
- Lead research projects and engage with clients.
