Job Description
Exemplary Voyages (Pvt) Ltd is an Inbound tour operator in Colombo seeking talented individuals for the position of Senior Tour Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
- Making itineraries, costing, handling invoices for inbound tours.
- Lead point of contact with tour operators, clients, and other stakeholders for tours.
- Attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls.
- Handling online travel platforms.
- Help to manage groups and incentives.
Qualifications:
- Good Communication skills in English, Both Spoken & Written (Any other language is an advantage).
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Good rapport with hoteliers.
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.
- Self-motivated, resourceful.
- Excellent convincing and communication skills.
