Job Description

Role Description: Full-time on-site position in Colombo. Responsibilities include overseeing MICE events, coordinating logistics, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless event execution.
Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of MICE sector experience, proven project management skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in English. Additional Asian languages are a plus.
Key Responsibilities: Develop MICE strategies, cultivate new business opportunities, design custom packages, maintain supplier relationships, conduct market research, coordinate event logistics, prepare proposals and budgets, resolve issues, and mentor team members.
