Job Description
The Senior Executive E-Commerce at Hemas Consumer Brands in Sri Lanka will oversee online sales operations, strategize, and optimize e-commerce activities. Responsibilities include implementing sales growth strategies, managing inventory, and enhancing customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the e-commerce yearly plan.
- Conduct market research and execute sales campaigns.
- Manage inventory efficiently and timely.
- Implement promotional strategies and oversee customer retention.
- Analyze data for insights and manage orders.
- Handle content management for e-commerce sites.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce.
- Understanding of SEO, Google ads, and Social Media.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, and a proactive communicator.
