• Audit and validate rebates and marketing claims for compliance.
• Apply fraud awareness techniques to address fraudulent activities.
• Maintain accurate processing procedures documentation.

• Provide regular updates on rebate and claim statuses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
• 2-5 years of work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and diverse web applications.
• Manage multiple client programs effectively.
• Demonstrate integrity, strong communication skills, and customer focus.
• Resolve inquiries with analytical and decision-making abilities.
