Role Description

  • Provide essential administrative support in organizing board, shareholder, and other meetings and preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Act as a liaison between Company Secretary, external teams, and external stakeholders on matters related to corporate governance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of board decisions, policies, and corporate documents.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the company secretarial field is mandatory.
  • Professional Qualification in Secretarial Practices or equivalent Professional qualification obtained from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in trademark-related matters would be an added advantage.
