Job Description

The Job:

• Lead and oversee the development of the Bank’s employee communication strategy, ensuring its effective execution to meet the Bank’s goals and objectives.
• Contribute to building the Employer Brand for NDB, aligning with overall company goals.
• Oversee the Bank’s brand and public relations, including media communication and brand strategy.
• Create and implement internal communication plans featuring engaging content, innovative channel mix, and value-driven actions.
• Collaborate with advertising and event management agencies to develop creative and impactful brand content.
• Ensure internal messages are delivered to employees clearly, positively, and timely using high-impact writing styles and formats.
• Manage media coverage of internal and Bank-related events and coordinate internal BTL activities.
• Foster a positive organizational culture by creating impactful touch-points that inspire employees to excel.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM) / SLIM / Communication and Journalism is a plus.
• 6 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in financial services being an advantage; minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
• Excellent proficiency in English with outstanding communication skills.
• Strong creativity and writing skills.
