Position: Assistant Manager—Lean and Process Excellence
Locations: Wattala & Thalawathugoda
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement lean strategies across hospitals and lab chains.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams through a “Lean Learning Culture.”
- Spearhead 5S initiatives to create efficient, standardized work environments.
- Enhance profitability by eliminating waste and optimizing processes.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Profile:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Chemistry, Production Management, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Lean “Black Belt” certification.
- 4+ years of managerial experience, preferably with lean experience in the service industry.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Passion for lean methodologies and a drive to set new industry standards.
