- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
- Knowledge of On-Grid Solar Energy Systems or related products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (optional)
- Fluency in English and Sinhala; knowledge of Tamil is a plus
