Job Description

As a Senior QA Engineer at iTelaSoft, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the quality of our implementations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for diversified projects. Your expertise in Automation, Manual/Salesforce, and attention to detail will be critical to our success.

Core Competencies Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of QA/testing experience, with 2 years in Salesforce
• ISTQB certification required
• Salesforce certifications a plus
• Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium, Apex
• Strong understanding of Manual/Salesforce, Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Must work UK hours (11.00 AM – 08.00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test plans for Salesforce applications
• Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with Dev teams and automate test cases
• Monitor QA release cycle and mentor junior QA Engineers
