The ideal candidate should have a Degree or Professional Qualification in HR, an MBA, and a minimum of 10 years managerial experience. - Lead talent acquisition & support subsidiaries with interviews and assessments.
- Manage on-boarding, off-boarding, approvals, and resignations.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits, annual cycles, and surveys.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Heads and HR Business Partners.
- Contribute to HR initiatives.
