Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at Tea Tang. The Factory Manager will oversee production planning, production management, operations management, and manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis in Colombo.
Qualifications:
- Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations skills
- Experience in Operations Management
- Strong background in Production Management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Previous experience in the tea industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering will help
