Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Risk and Compliance in Colombo. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing compliance management, regulatory compliance, financial risk assessment, information security, and conducting analytical reviews on risk and compliance processes.

Qualifications

  • Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
  • Analytical Skills in risk assessment and process review
  • Strong background in Finance
  • Experience in Information Security
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Relevant certifications such as CRCM or CISM are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
