Job Description

Position Summary:

The Senior Student Academic Coordinator at IIT InfoSchol is responsible for overseeing scholarship applications, admissions, registration, and enrollment processes. This role includes academic advising, student outreach, and recruitment coordination. The coordinator ensures effective communication between departments, maintains accurate records, and participates in program evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage admissions, registration, and enrollment processes.
• Provide academic advising and support.
• Facilitate departmental communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records and data.
• Conduct and facilitate interviews.
• Communicate with students, parents, faculty, and administrators.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Work independently and write comprehensive reports.
• Monitor and compile statistical data.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
