Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Prepare welcome materials, schedule orientation sessions, handle new hire paperwork.
- Administrative Support: Maintain employee records, update databases, handle HR documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, track attendance.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
- Projects: Contribute to employee engagement activities, surveys, policy updates.
Qualifications:
- Studying HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
- Interest in HR, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism with sensitive info.
- Positive attitude, proactive, eager to learn and take on challenges.
