Job Description

Role Overview: As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, from coordinating schedules and meetings to handling communications and travel arrangements. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of professionalism will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing personal and work calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
  • Handling all correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive team.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Managing personal finances, including bill payments, budgeting, and expense tracking.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with precision.
