Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are obtained and recorded correctly.
• Follow up on payments, updates, amendments, and cancellations for reservations.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, rates, availability, and promotions for guest information.
• Coordinate with hotel teams for seamless guest experiences.
• Provide daily booking updates and assist in revenue reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of similar role experience in hospitality.
• Excellent English language skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work on Saturdays and holidays.
• Effective team player.
