Job Description

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a Senior Executive – Process Excellence for a Financial Services company in Colombo.

Job Role:

• Champion process improvement initiatives, lead team in process mapping, and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Manage process migrations, drive seamless transitions, and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by motivating your team.

Qualifications:

• GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations completion.
• Degree or professional qualifications in Business Management, Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in process excellence with successful process migrations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage.
• IT proficiency with experience in MS Visio & Minitab a plus.
