Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a Senior Executive – Process Excellence for a Financial Services company in Colombo.
Job Role:
- Champion process improvement initiatives, lead team in process mapping, and ensure operational effectiveness.
- Manage process migrations, drive seamless transitions, and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by motivating your team.
Qualifications:
- GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations completion.
- Degree or professional qualifications in Business Management, Accounting preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in process excellence with successful process migrations.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage.
- IT proficiency with experience in MS Visio & Minitab a plus.
