Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, handling communication, managing calendars and travel arrangements, preparing reports and liaising with stakeholders. Confidentiality and integrity are key.
Candidates Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
- Ability to work independently and assist with visa processing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
