Job Description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, seeking an Assistant Manager for a renowned FMCG company. Join us to lead innovative strategies and drive new product development.
- Collaborate with teams to identify market opportunities and consumer insights.
- Develop and implement strategies from ideation to commercialization.
- Lead end-to-end NPD process, including concept development and product launch.
- Work closely with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Conduct market research and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards.

- Track and analyze product performance post-launch.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
