Job Description
We’re looking for skilled SOC analysts to join the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) team of Scybers.
What you will do,
- Real-time monitoring of alerts generated from multi-vendor security solutions.
- Perform initial investigation of suspicious alerts and escalate possible incidents to L2 team.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Provide insights to SIEM Engineering team for rule fine-tuning.
- Review latest vulnerabilities, security threats, and attack techniques.
What are we looking for,
- At least 1-year experience in SOC environment or similar capacity.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools including EDR, SIEM, and incident management systems.
- Understanding of fundamental security and network concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or Cybersecurity.
- One or more certifications including CompTIA Security+, CEH, etc.
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work on a 24×7 shift roster.
