Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Core IT Competencies, knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Core Project Management Competencies, experience in Enterprise Project delivery of at least 2M and above.
- Insurance Business Domain Knowledge
- Data Management (ETL / BigData / DataHub / BI) Technical Domain Knowledge. Ability to contribute to architecture and design disciplines, challenge assumptions, and lead teams to quality outcomes.
- Proficient in iterative, Agile, and blended methodologies for project delivery.
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience at the Enterprise Level in Agile and blended environments.
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
