Drive Excellence in Logistics – Join Us as an Assistant Manager in MCC Operations
Location: Colombo
About the Role: Intellej is seeking an Assistant Manager in MCC Operations to lead consolidation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute consolidation products to meet revenue and volume targets.
- Identify potential consolidation agents/networks, negotiate contracts, and build partnerships.
- Coordinate with carriers, feeders, and private CFS for operational efficiency.
- Implement SOPs for planning and executing services.
- Set up products, establish rates, and collaborate with sales teams.
- Promote LCL/MCC services to drive business volumes.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years experience in MCC/Consolidation services.
- Strong industry connectivity and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in computer and communication skills.
