Job Description

We are looking for self-motivated, dynamic individuals with a high degree of drive, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills to join us at our manufacturing facility in Ingiriya.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed shipment plan on a monthly basis and ensure adherence to this plan.
• Monitor production plans created by planners in various departments to align with the shipment schedule.
• Oversee import material inventory levels, coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, and minimize both excess stock and inventory shortages.
• Provide reports, support, and information to relevant parties to facilitate the achievement of the monthly shipment plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent from a recognized university.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a similar category.
• Good at analyzing, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Sound knowledge of statistics, excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and computer literacy.
• Be prepared to work with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility in working hours to achieve set targets.
