Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, identifying, researching, and resolving complex application and platform issues
• Provide product-related technical and business solutions for client problems
• Upgrade and maintain systems in production servers
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure provided services are efficient, effective, maintainable, and sustainable
• Build sustaining client relationships

Competencies and Skills

• Knowledge in web servers such as Apache, Nginx & IIS
• Experienced in Linux and Shell scripting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 1-2 years of technical support or application support experience
• Experience in support for foreign clients would be an added advantage
