- 1+ years of experience in Field sales / Business development
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Successfully completed CIM/SLIM part or full qualification
- Valid rider’s license and motorbike
- Resides in or around Colombo
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve set sales targets and KPI’s
- Carry out tasks set by the Team Lead
- Create / Manage / Nurture / Maintain a strong customer pipeline
- Provide market/competitor feedback regularly
- Educate customers on maximizing benefits
