Job Description
The Construction Cluster of Wardena Venture Holdings, led by industry leader Bitumix (Pvt) Ltd alongside Megakem Lanka (Pvt) Ltd & Megakem Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, is seeking a dynamic and diligent professional to join as an Accounts Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial records preparation and maintenance.
- Handle daily accounting tasks like accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Aid in financial reports and statements preparation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Manage correspondence with vendors and clients for billing and payments.
- Maintain organized financial documentation.
- Assist with audits and other financial projects.
- Perform assigned administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
