Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & implement a comprehensive E-commerce strategy to drive online revenue and maximize bookings
• Monitor & analyze website traffic & booking trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Oversee the reservations, Ensuring efficient and accurate handling of reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
• Monitor & respond to guest reviews and feedback on online review platforms to maintain an online reputation.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review including revenue performance, booking trends, and competitive analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital marketing, and hotel reservations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and understanding of hotel operations.
