Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & implement a comprehensive E-commerce strategy to drive online revenue and maximize bookings
- Monitor & analyze website traffic & booking trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Oversee the reservations, Ensuring efficient and accurate handling of reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
- Monitor & respond to guest reviews and feedback on online review platforms to maintain an online reputation.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review including revenue performance, booking trends, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital marketing, and hotel reservations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and understanding of hotel operations.
