Job Description
The Job:
- Transfer monthly financial reporting data into financial model templates.
- Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations, including transferring charts and analysis to client’s standards.
- Review and update reporting files to ensure timely financial information sharing by borrowers.
- Update Nutshell CRM pipeline based on weekly reports showing new deal activity.
- Record and update the weekly pipeline report based on daily new deal generation.
- Help clean up data in Excel and create charts per guidance.
- Prepare ad-hoc research requests on industry, marketing, and financial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and chart creation.
- Experience with financial modeling and data transfer.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills for professional presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Nutshell.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
